Man tortured in Los Angeles County Jail for selling milk

By Mike Shaner

Los Angeles, CA-Natural News is reporting that James Stewart, a 65 year old milk-man from Southern California was savagely tortured for over a week in the L.A. County jail. It is a brutal reminder of the fascist police state California (the nation) has become.

According to the exclusive Stewart was forced to endure “starvation, sleep deprivation, hypothermia, loss of blood circulation to extremities, verbal intimidation, involuntary medical testing and even subjected him to over 30 hours of raw biological sewage filth containing dangerous pathogens.”

Property Rights Must Be Protected for Prosperity by Andrea Dantzer

If people do not have well-protected and well-established property rights, the free market cannot work effectively or efficiently. People have much more of an incentive for corruption and stealing when property rights, as a whole, are ignored or stripped away. There is also less of an incentive to invest in capital. Economic growth will invariably falter without investment and natural competition. When individuals have more of an interest in diverting their resources into protecting or fighting for their basic and inalienable rights, the free market will suffer. Property rights are the basis for which all other rights spring and are essential to the free market society.

Investors will not have confidence in an economy that does not have property rights protected. Property rights are the most important factor in the behavior of the economy and thus prosperity. In the free market, there are two essential elements – the first being protection from unlawful seizure and confiscation of property from the government and the second is institutions that facilitate contracts. Private contracts between consensual citizens are integral for growth and prosperity in a free market. We are seeing expropriation by our corrupt government becoming an increasingly common event. From the raid of the Gibson Guitar Corporation, raids on the Amish over raw milk, the harassment and raids waged on health food companies and community picnics having their food bleached and destroyed, the government has disregarded property rights in favor of  corporate interests, rules and regulations and passed in secrecy for too long.

Individuals profit from the protection of property rights in both human and physical capital. If a contract is weak or flawed, individuals can take the necessary steps to rectify the clause or choose to end it at an appropriate time. However, there is no protection when a government usurps the private property rights of an individual – except to stop investing. This stifles the economy, feeds the power of the government and creates an environment of suppression and poverty. Investments are vital for prosperity and growth which eventually leads to higher standard of living overall.

Christians and right-wing Conservatives were vocally outraged when an Islamic group wanted to open a Mosque near the Twin Towers after 9/11; this was coined as the Ground Zero Mosque although the property was not at or on Ground Zero. The right-wing had the perfect opportunity to support and protect property rights, but they failed to see the bigger picture and now they are seeing the other side of the coin as the government is starting to come into churches, libraries and other organizations and dictating what they must do on and with their private property.

Property rights must be protected from the government at all cost, no matter what the circumstances are or if you personally agree with what is being conducted on the private property, or not. As long as it is not hurting or usurping the rights of others, property rights must be protected.

Once you begin to understand property rights are the basis for all other inalienable human rights, you begin to understand their importance. If you do not want your rights stripped away or trampled upon, you must fight for these same rights, even if you disagree with the principle behind the other party’s actions.

Ventura, Ca. prohibits people from parking cars on their own lawn! (strong language)

Mike Shaner
January 27, 2012

Apparently the city of Ventura, Ca. prohibits people from parking cars on their own lawn! So, let me get this straight: a stranger wearing a badge is encouraged to trespass on private property and write you a ticket for parking your property on your property. What the hell is going on in this country? Who in his right mind considers this freedom? Is it my lawn or the cities? If it is my lawn who are they to tell me what to do with it? I am so sick of this type of bullshit and the citizens who allow it. It's time to make a stand! I recommend every property owner in the city protest in unison. Park your car in front of your house everyday for a month. When you get a ticket call and tell them to shove it up their fat Nazi ass, and then swear out a warrant on the ticket writing cop for trespassing. Change can come, but we must fight back! How far are we going to let them shove the proverbial nightstick up our anus hole before we scream enough! Ventura is a champion of agenda 21 and change will not come easy, but without action it will not come at all.

I love to write about Ron Paul and the Presidential election, but true change begins at home. If we are to become a nation of liberty we must do it one city at a time. If we were to take care of matters in our own town it would be of little consequence who sleeps at the white house. There are enough liberty minded folks in every city in America to make this happen. The problem is they are too busy laying on the couch playing video games or watching Jersey Shore. It's time to wake up every drunk in the trailer park, every whore in the city, every true man of the cloth in the church, every businessman tired of being over-taxed, and every mom who wants a future for her children and reclaim our neighborhoods from the thuggish politicians who have bullied us into acceptance. If they can tell you what to put on your property-it's their property. If it is their property-what happens if they no longer want you or your house on it?

EPA declares hay a pollutant in effort to drive small, mid-sized family cattle ranchers out of business

(NaturalNews) The assault against American industry and individual livelihood continues -- and no, it is not coming from Al-Qaeda or other foreign terrorists. A recent report from R-CALF USA, an advocacy group for American cattle producers, says the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has declared harmless cattle hay a "pollutant," which is part of the agency's agenda to squelch family-scale cattle ranches in favor of corporately-owned, mega-sized feedlot operations.

At the recent 12th Annual R-CALF USA Convention in Rapid City, SD, an audience member asked Mike Callicrate, a Kansas cattle feeder, if the EPA had, indeed, declared hay a pollutant. His affirmative answer was startling to many, but not necessarily surprising in light of the US government's apparent agenda to destroy every single producing sector in the nation and to reduce the country to a poverty-stricken, corporately-dominated wasteland.

"Now that EPA has declared hay a pollutant, every farmer and rancher that stores hay, or that leaves a broken hay bale in the field, is potentially violating EPA rules and subject to an EPA enforcement action," responded Callicrate. "How far are we going to let this agency go before we stand up and do something about it?" FULL STORY

The United Nations Bans Opposition to Its Global Tax Design

When United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon announced his plan “to fundamentally transform the global economy — based on low-carbon, clean energy resources,” few realized he was calling for a new global tax to be designed without public scrutiny, but that is exactly what he meant. To thwart it, the UN’s flawed process and its tax design scheme must be exposed.

The UN’s one nation, one vote system has been used since its founding to render the U.S. impotent, regardless of the fact that we are its major financial donor. It is credulous to think that UN reforms could fix its flawed process. Banning the press and global tax opponents from its July 13-14 tax design meeting in Tokyo, Japan, for example, is anathema to a democratic process, but the UN is not a democracy.

Rather, its unelected bureaucrats use a “collaborative decision-making process” to reach “consensus” with no debate or expressed opposition. The UN calls it “global governance” and Ban Ki-moon describes how it works: “While we are all in the same boat, not all have a say in how to steer it.” FULL STORY

Agenda 21 alert: Temecula, Ca. says it must "be Sustainable or be sued"

By Peter Surowski

Temecula, Ca. is part of a world-wide socialist plot, according to some residents, and they want it stopped.

Temecula is a member of the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives, a group of 1,220 governments from 70 countries "dedicated to sustainable development," according to the association's website.

The organization promotes more than a healthy environment, critics said. It pushes a UN-led socialist agenda that robs citizens of their property rights and -- ultimately -- their freedom.

The association and, indirectly, Temecula, uses Agenda 21 as a guideline for its sustainability goals. To read about the association's goals, click here.

Some parts of the plan call for governments to control what property owners do with their land, and it already affecs Temecula residents, critics said.

"Look what they want to do in Wine Country, confiscate our properties and control what we do with (them)," said Temecula resident and Agenda 21 critic Cheryl Williams in an email.

The plan is a "socialist collective policy," and conflicts with the constitution, said Diana Serafin, who addressed the council Tuesday.

"In my mind, that makes the following cities -- Temecula, Murrieta and Lake Elsinore -- anti-American and anti-constitution," she said.

Agenda 21 and the Movement Toward a One-World Govt

In a report entitled "Your Hometown & the United Nations' Agenda 21" published in The New American's online edition for February 10,  journalist William F. Jasper warned:
The UN’s Agenda 21 is definitely comprehensive and global — breathtakingly so. Agenda 21 proposes a global regime that will monitor, oversee, and strictly regulate our planet’s oceans, lakes, streams, rivers, aquifers, sea beds, coastlands, wetlands, forests, jungles, grasslands, farmland, deserts, tundra, and mountains. It even has a whole section on regulating and “protecting” the atmosphere. It proposes plans for cities, towns, suburbs, villages, and rural areas. It envisions a global scheme for healthcare, education, nutrition, agriculture, labor, production, and consumption — in short, everything; there is nothing on, in, over, or under the Earth that doesn’t fall within the purview of some part of Agenda 21.
