I want to start a credit repair business. I have the knowledge to help those in need, the acumen to run such a business, and an almost limitless source of clients. Unfortunately, the State of California is making it impossible for me to do such a thing. The state requires a 100,000 cash bond to legally operate a credit repair company in California. Again, over regulation and corporatism defeats entrepreneurial growth. Should I do it anyway? I'm thinking of it...
